The Mounties had their last home game of the season on Saturday February 9th against Universite de Moncton.
Mount Allison started the game off strong, with Maddy Koughan sniping a goal in the first 3 minutes. The Mountie held them off, but fell to a power play goal for UdeM, Aude Masse scored with 9.9 seconds left in the first.
The Mounties held off UdeM during a hard fought battle in the second period, entering the third tied.
The game remained tied until 8 minutes remaining in the third when Katryne Villeneuve scored the winning goal for UdeM on a shorthanded breakaway.
Mount Allison will play their last game of the season, Sunday February 10th against SMU, in Halifax.
