Mounties Leadership Academy Graduates New Class

The Mount Allison Mounties Leadership Academy celebrated the graduation of its newest class of graduates on Monday evening as a number of Mounties student athletes completed the leadership training program.

Introduced at the start of the 2017-2018 season, the Mounties leadership academy has been made available to all Mounties as they start their second year with their respective varsity programs. The program includes a series of evening sessions where Mounties discuss topics like leadership, goal setting, accountability, values, preparation and the Mountie Pride culture.

“It was a pleasure to work with such an enthusiastic group of student athletes," commented Mounties Leadership Academy Coordinator, Brad Englehart. "The future of Mountie athletics is alive and well with this next group of capable young leaders. They are inspired and engaged and are ready to be leaders in their respective sports as well as the Mount Allison Community.”
