Mount Allison University and campus facilities will remain closed for atleast this week (March 16 to 23), in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The department of Athletics and Recreation appreciates your patience, as we follow the direction and advice of New Brunswick Public Health and the provincial government. On late Tuesday afternoon, the province’s chief medical officer of health asked organizations to focus on essential services and encouraged employees to work from home wherever feasible. It was further recommended that select public spaces be closed until further notice.
The health and well-being of the Mount Allison community is our top priority and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to respond to this ongoing situation; providing updates as they are available. It will take some time to determine what essential services need to continue at Mount Allison and to provide employees with the necessary tools to effectively work from home.
