The facilities are available for use by Mount Allison University students and employees, Athletic Centre members, and conference guests.
The gymnasium is available for use at scheduled open recreation times. Proper clothing and non-marking running shoes are required. Equipment is provided free of charge, although a $20 refundable deposit is required when borrowing equipment which will be removed from the building (i.e. tennis raquets, golf clubs). Conference guests are asked to leave a room key or meal card as collateral when signing out equipment.
- Fitness Centre and Dance Studio
This facility, opened in Spring of 2005, houses our cardiovascular equipment and weight training equipment along with a separate dance studio for fitness classes and other activities. It is located on the lower level of the Wallace McCain Student Centre.
The pool is available for use during scheduled membership swim times. Bathing caps are required and may be purchased at the main equipment desk for $3.50.

- Weight Room
The centre is located on the lower floor of the Athletic Centre, and provides cardiovascular and free weight equipment.
- Tennis Courts
Mount Allison has two excellent tennis courts. These are located on York St. near the Bermuda House residence. Courts must be reserved in advance by calling 364-2408. Racquets are available and balls may be purchased, (3 for $6.00), at the Athletic Centre.
- Playing Fields
The practice field beside the Curling Club (Lansdowne Field) and the Rectory Lane Field behind Jennings Dining Hall, can be used for recreational activities when there are not teams scheduled on them. The main game field (MacAulay Field) and the lower lighted field (Park Street) are restricted to scheduled activities. There is a running track around the main game field which may be used at convenient times.
